Hi, I'm Charlie, the founder of INSPIRE.

I started INSPIRE with my friend, a personal trainer who spent every day helping women get stronger. Through his work, we saw how often women were held back in the gym because they didn’t feel confident in what they were wearing. We wanted to change that. We believed we could make gym wear better than everything else out there: pieces that let women feel strong, confident and completely comfortable, so all they had to think about was their training.

INSPIRE started in 2024 with one simple goal: to make gym wear that helps you feel strong and, more importantly, confident. Our first shoot was a small team in a studio with a handful of shorts, leggings and sports bras, and a lot of belief in what they could become.

What we make

Every piece is designed for women who lift. Our shorts and leggings are high-waisted, sculpting and squat-proof, made from an ultra-soft stretch fabric that moves with you through every rep. No second-guessing in the squat rack, and no constant adjusting between sets.
