Shipping and returns

INSPIRE Shipping Times

 

The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

INSPIRE will ship all orders on the same day if ordered before 5 pm GMT Monday to Friday.

During our busy periods please allow for up to 2 days before you receive your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday.

Note: delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).

Returns

If you’re not happy with your new INSPIRE gear, then it's no issue; we’ve got you and we’ll take it back. You have 30 days from your order date to return it.

For your order to be eligible for a return it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered - it must also be in its original packaging. Items that are dirty, worn, hairs, scented, marked items WILL NOT be refunded/exchanged.

Returns can only be processed with the original tags still attached.

Any claims for parcels arriving damaged or incorrect MUST be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Please contact info@wearinspire.com with photo evidence of any fault/damage and we will work to quickly resolve this.

We reserve the right to refuse returns after our 30 day grace period has expired. We do not offer exchanges.
